Seasonally soggy weather returns to the NW today as a cold front that's stalled offshore moves in later today. Rain moves in N to S later in the day with high temps slightly above the normal of 56 for Portland. It was quite mild yesterday with a high of 63 reported at PDX. Allergy sufferers likely will see their sneezing and itchy eyes ease up with the pollen getting washed out of the atmosphere with the incoming precipitation.

Cooler weather with snow levels lowering in the mountains this weekend-- but most of the lower resorts and passes will see rain today and tomorrow.

Friday has a few showers and Saturday another dose of rain. Sunday afternoon until the first part of Tuesday are looking dry right now.

Rainy mid-week next week.
