Dense fog stretches from Everett, WA all the way to Eugene, OR and below-freezing temps are causing some accidents here in the Portland area. A dense fog advisory for Portland, SW Washington and the Willamette Valley continues until about noon. It might be extended for some areas.
The good news is that we’ll likely see partly sunny skies later today for I-5 corridor with high temps 40-45. Normal for this time of year is 47 for the Rose City.
Expect our unseasonably dry weather through the weekend to continue with every morning looking icy and foggy. If you want sunshine, head to the coast or the mountains -- lots of sunshine above the lowland fog. Enjoy!
