Azamara Club Cruises, (877) 999-9553, http://www.azamaraclubcruises.com, positioned just below the luxury lines, is not inexpensive. We paid about $3,500 apiece for our 10-night cruise in the lowest-rated outside room, a price that included gratuities and wine with meals (an amenity since extended to beer and liquor). Our cabin was on the lowest passenger deck and thus among the few having a single porthole rather than a window, perhaps an unwise economy.
