The Celebrity Constellation sails out of the port of Southampton, England and makes stops in Le Havre and Bordeaux, France, Bilbao and Vigo, Spain and Leixoes, Portugal plus three days at sea.

The $699 deal, as of Sept. 26, 2012, is on an inside cabin for the Nov. 6 and Nov. 18 sailings with for Nov. 18, $749 for ocean-view, $1,144 for balcony and $2,974for a suite.
