Falling in grain elevators, suffering gunshot wounds and contracting deadly diseases
are just a few of the ways American workers die on the job. Each week, the Occupational
Safety & Health Administration releases a summary of fatalities and incidents resulting
in the hospitalization of three or more workers. The summaries presented here are based
on preliminary reports made to OSHA. For more information about workplace safety, visit
OSHA's website at www.osha.gov
