Falling in grain elevators, suffering gunshot wounds and contracting deadly diseases
are just a few of the ways American workers die on the job. Each week, the Occupational
Safety & Health Administration releases a summary of fatalities and incidents resulting
in the hospitalization of three or more workers. The summaries presented here are based
