The Acadia is built at GM's Lansing Delta Township assembly plant in Michigan. The plant also builds the similar Buick Enclave and Chevrolet Traverse.
These crossover SUVs are among GM's most American vehicles, with domestic parts content of 77 percent. Domestic parts are those made in the U.S. and Canada, and for the Acadia and its siblings, the engines and transmissions are made in the U.S.
