Can I use premium gasoline in my Hyundai Elantra?

Sure, you can use premium gas in your Elantra, but why would you? Compared to regular gas, you will receive no discernible benefit in fuel economy or performance by pumping a higher-octane, more-expensive premium blend that costs 20 to 25 cents more per gallon. The only likely benefit is that premium could eliminate engine knock (or "ping"), so if you aren't experiencing engine knock, don't bother.
