A rugged SUV that can be equipped for serious off-road work may not be what you had in mind, but the two-door Jeep Wrangler and four-door Wrangler Unlimited are the only convertible models that are available with four-wheel drive and a hardtop. A removable hardtop is available on both for $895, and neither offers a power folding top.
If a Wrangler isn't what you had in mind, then you will have to compromise and settle for either all-wheel drive or the hardtop. For example, the Lexus IS 250C and IS 350C have retractable hardtops, but they're available only with rear-wheel drive; the Audi A5 has all-wheel drive but comes only with a folding soft-top.
