Photos: Mercedes-Benz gullwing flight

Cars.com photographer Ian Merritt had access to the new 2011 Mercedes-Benz SLS AMG supercar for an afternoon of photography in Chicago. So he paired it with one of the prettiest cars ever built, the 1955 Mercedes-Benz 300 SL Gullwing. Here is his commentary and a few photos from the Cars.com blog.
