Two gear sets, no waiting: The shift to dual-clutch transmissions
The dual-clutch transmission will be offered largely across the auto industry for the 2011 model year, from the Bugatti Veyron to the Ford Focus. After being in the initial research with BMW, General Motors is looking at a 2012 introduction because of its bankruptcy.
