2014 Chevrolet Impala

The big sedan segment has no clear leader. The Ford Taurus, Dodge Charger, Chrysler 300 and Nissan Maxima are all fine cars but all have their flaws. Toyota's new Avalon is a modern marvel in terms of comfortable cruising. This radically rethought Impala, after seven years of stagnation, is hugely important to GM, and we want to see where the company stands after swinging and missing with the latest Malibu.
