Luxury hotels in the West get kudos from TripAdvisor travelers

When it comes to top luxury hotels in the U.S., the West seems to be a favorite with the TripAdvisor crowd. More than half of the top 25 U.S. luxury hotels in the Travelers' Choice 2013 picks are located in Hawaii, California, Arizona and other western states.
