GOTHENBURG, Sweden -- A 37-year old woman is facing possible prison time after being arrested for allegedly having sex with human bones.
The unidentified woman was arrested in September after police found more than 100 bone fragments in her home, as well as photographs in which a woman is seen kissing the skulls, according to the Swedish news agency TT.
Prosecutors say the woman used the remains, which included six skulls and one backbone, in sexual situations, according to the TT.
The woman, says she has done nothing wrong.
She claims she collects remains because of an interested in history.
She has been charged with violating the peace of the dead and faces up to 2 years in prison if convicted.
