<p style="font-size: 14px; text-align: left;">Perhaps the meek shall inherit the Earth, but not likely the prime-time ratings. It's the struggle for power and the bloody machinations thereof that glue us to some of our favorite shows. Whether it's a soft-spoken drug kingpin hiding behind a fried chicken franchise in the Southwest, a sweetly smiling South Hampton socialite plotting ruthless revenge or an unhinged pill peddler wreaking havoc in the hollers of Kentucky, this season's villains are an unforgettable lot, each indelibly rendered by a standout actor.</p>

Perhaps the meek shall inherit the Earth, but not likely the prime-time ratings. It's the struggle for power and the bloody machinations thereof that glue us to some of our favorite shows.
